Modern twin room with views of sea. Nice sized bathroom, and central heating, a work desk, and TV. All in all nice and unbeatable location, near to the train station as well as buses and the Genoa Pra train station...

The rooms at Casa Dei Nonni are cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where you can relax while watching the flat-screen TV. The private bathroom is clean and comes with a hairdryer, and some rooms even have their own kitchen equipped with a microwave and stovetop. The tile/marble floor in the twin/double room adds a touch of elegance, and the air conditioning keeps the room cool and pleasant. I also loved the fact that there is a fridge in every unit, perfect for storing snacks and drinks.
The soundproofing in the twin/double room could be better, but it didn't bother me much.

I recently stayed at Casa Dei Nonni for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable and the Wifi worked well throughout my stay. I appreciated that the Wifi password was conveniently displayed in the bedroom. The bathroom was also very clean, which was a big plus for me. The common eating area was a great feature, as I could bring my own food and enjoy a meal there. The large fridge and unlimited free coffee and tea were also nice touches. The location was ideal, with a train station right across the street, making it easy to explore the area. There was also plenty of free parking in the neighborhood, which was a bonus. I had a pleasant stay at Casa Dei Nonni and Irena, the hostess, was lovely.
I do recommend this hotel.

The shared lounge was absolutely delightful.if you enjoy awkwardly making small talk with strangers. The Italian breakfast was a true masterpiece.if you enjoy stale pastries. Oh, and the city views were awe-inspiring.if you enjoy staring at concrete.
I absolutely adored the fact that the nearest airport was miles away. Such a convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The heating worked perfectly, which was great considering the cold weather during our visit. The Wifi signal was strong and reliable. The location was ideal as it was right next to the train station that goes into the city. We loved the convenience of being on the outskirts of this city and the easy access to transportation. There was plenty of free parking available and a pedestrian zone with stores and restaurants nearby. The staff, particularly Irene, was welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
Couldn't fault anything.

Located on the outskirts of the city, this hotel is conveniently close to the Pra railway station, making it easy to explore Genoa. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a well-functioning Wifi. The shared common area provides coffee and snacks, and there is a fridge and microwave available for use. The hotel also offers free parking in the neighborhood and is located near a pedestrian zone with various stores and restaurants.
One downside to this hotel is the lack of an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage might find it difficult to climb the stairs to reach their rooms.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The location was great, with a train and bus stop right in front of the house, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of shopping options and restaurants nearby. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing great communication and even offering a ride to the train station. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a home-baked apple cake that topped it all off.
There were a few minor downsides to consider. Some guests mentioned that the rooms could be a bit noisy, especially if the windows were open due to the main road outside.
